Steven Srebnik, PT, MSPT, MS, CHT - President

Steven Srebnik, PT, MSPT, MS, CHT - President

Steven W. Srebnik, PT, MSPT, MS, CHT is the founder and owner of Performance Rehabilitation which opened in 1991. Prior to this endeavor, Mr. Srebnik received two Master of Science degrees with distinction from Boston University (Applied Anatomy & Physiology - 1984 & Physical Therapy - 1986). Subsequently, he started his career at Lenox Hill Hospital. Since then, Mr. Srebnik has been a teacher and devoted clinician. He was a graduate teaching fellow while at Boston University and has guest lectured at NYU. He also developed and taught his own continuing education course entitled Electrical Modalities for the Physical and Occupational Therapist. Presently, he is an adjunct clinical professor at New York Medical College. While Mr. Srebnik has a diverse and well-developed orthopedic background, his primary focus is directing the facility's hand and upper extremity rehabilitation department. He is credentialed as a certified hand therapist and a member of the APTA and ASHT.

Steve is an avid cyclist, skier and tennis player. He has an athlete's mentality and understands the physical demands of sport and athletics but enjoys getting people of all ages and ability levels back to doing the things they love to do.



Marie Geraghty

Marie Geraghty, PT, MS - Clinical Director

Marie Geraghty graduated from the University of Limerick in 2012 with her Physical Therapy degree and subsequently received a Master of Science degree in Preventive Cardiology from the National University of Ireland, Galway. The combination of her physical therapy degree and in-depth study of wellness, cardiovascular disease and disease prevention has allowed her to implement a holistic approach to her delivery of care. She has been active in research studying the effectiveness of rehabilitation protocols for patients undergoing total hip and total knee replacements. She also participated in research evaluating anterior cruciate ligament surgery outcomes.

Marie has a strong interest and depth of knowledge in sports physical therapy and is currently the team physical therapist for multiple teams playing in the Gaelic Athletic Association in the Bronx. We know our patients with sports injuries will benefit greatly from her care and expertise.



Priyanka Jariwala, PT, MS - Senior Physical Therapist

Priyanka Jariwala, PT, MS - Clinical Director

Priyanka Jariwala graduated from Pravara College of Physiotherapy located in Loni, India in 2008. She subsequently continued her education at the University of Pittsburgh and obtained a post professional Master of Science in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences with a concentration in musculoskeletal physical therapy. She is also a member of the American PT Association.

Priyanka specializes in orthopedic and sports related injuries and is an expert in human kinesiology. Using an approach called Selective Functional Movement Analysis (SFMA), Priyanka is able discern subtle abnormalities in a individual's movement and target the tissues that are causing the abnormalities. Many times, movement abnormalities are caused by restrictions in the connective tissues and Priyanka frequently utilizes specialized instrumentation to effectively loosen these tissues. She also employs a wide variety of creative exercises that help restore mobility, strength and function. Priyanka is very motivating and while she develops a caring relationship with her patients, she will push her patients to maximize their potential.



Margarita Kycyklli, PT, MS - Physical Therapist

Margarita Kycyklli

Margarita Kycyklli is a Physical Therapist from Albania who has been working with us since 2019. She graduated from University FSHMT of Tirana in 2016 with a physical therapy degree and subsequently received an advanced Master of Science degree in physical therapy in 2018 at the same University.

Margarita’s clinical experience includes orthopedics, sports rehabilitation and neurological rehabilitation. She has taken advanced post-graduate coursework focusing on postural assessment and how postural abnormalities cause various types of orthopedic problems. Through the use of postural correction exercises and manual hands-on therapies, body balance is restored and subsequently function is improved.

Margarita takes great pride in providing an excellent patient experience. She is a consummate professional with a friendly, caring personality. Driven by a passion to make you succeed and get you better, she will make sure to provide you with all the knowledge, tools and support you need for a successful outcome.

Margarita is fluent in Albanian, Italian and English and has a good working knowledge of Spanish. Margarita is an avid cyclist and when not in the clinic you will likely find her on her bike, playing her guitar or cooking up some delicious Albanian specialties.


Tanvvii Maneak, PT, MPT, cert. MDT

Tanvvii Maneak

Tanvii Maneak has been practicing physical therapy for 8 years delivering care to a diverse population of people with different types of musculoskeletal injuries and problems. Her primary specialty is rehab of the spine and she is McKenzie certified (cert. MDT). Her treatment outcomes are spectacular, frequently with successful outcomes where other physical therapists have failed. She is an excellent communicator and spends a great deal of time making sure that her patients understand their problem as well as how her treatment plans are going to help them recover from their injury.



Sohib Kotb, PT, DPT

Dr. Sohib Kotb, originally from Egypt graduated from physical therapy school with high honors from the University of Cairo in 2014. After working for a year in the Egyptian healthcare system he came to the US and enrolled in the doctoral program at the Touro School of Health Sciences. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) from Touro in 2019. Dr. Kotb continually strives for both professional and personal growth, continually reading the latest research and applying the latest scientific evidence to his treatment plans. His friendly demeanor, always smiling, allows him to build excellent relationships with his patients. Not only does he provide excellent treatment, his patients also truly know that he cares for them. During his minimal downtime, Dr. Kotb loves to play soccer, ping pong, swimming and pickle ball. Dr. Kotb's ambitions and goals continuously motivate him daily to excel in every aspect of his life, therefore making him a vital individual in any community he becomes a component of.
