Patient Education & Information

Injuries to the musculoskeletal or nervous systems result in varying degrees of damage to the bones, joints, ligaments, tendons or muscles. Therefore, the key to effective rehabilitation is a therapist that has a comprehensive understanding of human function, and how these structures are affected by injury. Using your doctor's diagnosis as a guide and our assessment of your problem, we will be able to implement a safe, individualized program of physical therapy. However, not only is our knowledge of the problem important, so is yours. Educating our patients regarding their condition, including information about prevention and care of further injury, is a priority at Performance Rehabilitation.
